Named licensing
Named licensing fits users who need consistent access: dedicated email agents, supervisors, administrators, and operations leaders. It is straightforward when the same people use GenEmails every day.
Concurrent licensing
Concurrent licensing fits shift-based teams and larger approved populations. More users can be eligible to use GenEmails, while active usage is limited by the licensed session pool.
How to choose
- Choose named licensing for stable, dedicated teams.
- Choose concurrent licensing for rotating shifts, seasonal demand, or shared access.
- Use both models when administrators and supervisors need dedicated access but agents rotate by shift.
